Recently, envoys from more than 10 Asian countries, including Thailand, East Timor, Nepal and Singapore, visited Zhejiang Province to investigate the digital economy industry, explore the urban style of the Asian Games, experience the high-quality development vitality of Zhejiang in the poetry and painting Jiangnan, and perceive the practice of Chinese path to modernization in Zhejiang.

In the hazy rain of Jiangnan, the envoys to China walked into Wuzhen, Jiaxing.

"This place is as beautiful as a dream, as if walking into Chinese ink painting!" Huo Long, the second secretary of the Cambodian Embassy in China, said excitedly. He held up his phone and kept taking pictures of the beautiful scenery of Wuzhen, and also shared the photos on social media, receiving many likes.

In Deqing, Huzhou, Zhejiang Hydrogen Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. exhibited coffee machines and drones powered by hydrogen fuel cells, which aroused strong interest among the envoys.

"How can hydrogen energy be obtained? What are its outstanding advantages? How can energy be effectively stored?" During the visit, Vietnamese Embassy Counselor Nguyen Van Thieu listened attentively to the introduction and occasionally asked the company leader questions.

Nguyen Van Phang said that Vietnam is also vigorously developing new energy, but the hydrogen energy field is still relatively blank. "China has rich experience in the development and utilization of new energy, which is worth learning from."

Ambassador and Consul General of the Philippine Embassy in China, Oudino, stated that Zhejiang's development experience strongly confirms that environmental protection, urban construction, and industrial development can go hand in hand. The harmonious coexistence of humans and nature here is a brilliant practice of sustainable development.

The digital economy is a business card for the economic and social development of Zhejiang, and it is also a key focus of the envoys' visit this time.

Innovation Road, Development Avenue... Arriving at Tongxiang Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang Province, a strong atmosphere of innovation is overwhelming. Many enterprises and research institutes gather here to form a digital economy industry cluster.

Shengjing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the enterprises settled in the park, and its development of intelligent sensing hardware products such as vision, hearing, and touch has attracted the attention of envoys.

In front of the visual inspection robot that automatically detects product appearance defects, the envoys stopped and watched with interest. Huolong said, "Driven by the digital economy, the deep integration of artificial intelligence and other technologies with traditional industry is refreshing."

At Alibaba Group in Hangzhou, the envoys carefully listened to the experience introduction of the development of the digital economy industry and engaged in exchanges with enterprise representatives.

"The digital economy represents the future," said Thai Ambassador to China Atayu Xisam. With the fast train of the digital economy, products from various countries can more conveniently go abroad and enter a broader international market.

He highly appreciated the efforts made by the Chinese government to promote the development of the digital economy industry, and believed that this industry has provided a strong boost to the economic and social development of many countries, especially those along the "the Belt and Road".

During the visit, the ambassadors to China attended the digital economy industry docking conference. Officials from relevant departments of the Zhejiang Provincial Government and representatives from nearly 50 digital economy enterprises attended the meeting to have in-depth exchanges with the envoys.

"Zhejiang is a province with a developed digital economy industry, and the opportunity to directly communicate and exchange ideas with relevant government departments and business representatives is very valuable." Kuwait's Consul General in Shanghai, Mishal Shamali, said that he will share the rich information obtained from the docking meeting with domestic enterprises, and strive to promote the docking of science and technology enterprises with China, adding new impetus to deepening cooperation between the two countries.

Nepal's Ambassador to China, Bishnu Pukar Shresta, said that he hopes to introduce China's advanced technology and successful experience into Nepal through this visit and exchange. Looking forward to further strengthening exchanges and cooperation with Zhejiang, fully expanding the areas of cooperation between the two sides, and achieving more cooperation results.

Less than a month before the opening of the Hangzhou Asian Games, the major venues of the host and co host cities of the Asian Games have become a common concern for the ambassadors of various countries during this visit.

The Shaoxing Keqiao Yangshan Climbing Center was the first Asian Games venue visited by envoys. The semi open venue, resembling a silkworm cocoon, is transparent from east to west, and the artificial rock wall race track and the natural scenery of Yangshan Stone City complement each other, making the envoys admire it repeatedly.

The venue was originally located in an abandoned mine, but after construction and development, it has transformed into a climbing arena for the Asian Games. It will accommodate more than 700 spectators to experience the charm of "rock ballet" on site.

Lu Xinran, First Secretary of the Thai Embassy in China, said that the construction of the Hangzhou Asian Games venue not only organically integrates modern architecture and the natural environment, but also enhances the level of urban infrastructure construction, creating welfare for citizens, which is remarkable.

At the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center, the "Big Lotus" sports stadium, which is waiting for "blooming", is unique and innovative. The sports hall and swimming pool are like "butterflies" flapping their wings and ready to fly, attracting envoys to take photos together as a souvenir.

Timor Leste's Ambassador to China, Santos, said that the Asian Games is not only a grand event of sports competition, but also a grand event of cooperation and friendship. "I completely believe that Zhejiang is ready. Let's look forward to the arrival of the Hangzhou Asian Games together."
