To ensure good integrity, we must take integrity and self-discipline as the bottom line requirement, strictly fulfill the responsibility of integrity inspection, and block out any problems or doubts related to integrity that have not been identified or eliminated.
Pay close attention to the "three levels" in the comprehensive three-dimensional perspective of observing and recognizing people. Accurately identifying and verifying cadres is the prerequisite and foundation for ensuring the "three checks". Only by identifying them accurately can the checks be effective. It is not easy to accurately test and verify cadres, but it is not easy, and it is even more necessary to crack it. Expand channels for understanding, comprehensively utilize various methods such as leadership team construction research, annual assessment, individual supplementary assessment, transition assessment, and special political quality assessment, fully utilize achievements such as inspection, auditing, centralized education supervision, and participation in democratic life meetings, comprehensively, multi angle, and three-dimensional understanding of cadres, and achieve multi-channel, multi-level, and multi-dimensional assessment and inspection. Pay attention to critical moments, implement checks on individuals, and integrate the system into specific performances and examples of major tasks, struggles, and critical moments. Record, analyze, and judge them as an important basis for evaluating and using cadres, striving to "speak with facts" to observe people and effectively improve the scientificity and accuracy of checks.
Strengthen the application of results to firmly establish the correct "three values" through the "three checkpoints".
