In the end, Zhenbeibao Village and Delin Village jointly planted 540 acres of watermelons, with a yield of up to 8000 kilograms per mu. The collective economic income of each village exceeded 1 million yuan. As of mid August, more than 90 mentors who were unable to continue their mentoring due to job changes, physical health, or other reasons, or were only listed but did not perform their duties, and the effectiveness of mentoring was not significant, have been adjusted out of the mentor pool.
At the same time, Yinchuan has established a growth record for its mentors, recording important achievements and significant changes in mentoring work, and requiring townships to conduct regular inspections to track the effectiveness of mentoring.
