In the end, Zhenbeibao Village and Delin Village jointly planted 540 acres of watermelons, with a yield of up to 8000 kilograms per mu. The collective economic income of each village exceeded 1 million yuan. Compaction responsibility

As of mid August, more than 90 mentors who were unable to continue their mentoring due to job changes, physical health, or other reasons, or were only listed but did not perform their duties, and the effectiveness of mentoring was not significant, have been adjusted out of the mentor pool.
At the same time, Yinchuan has established a growth record for its mentors, recording important achievements and significant changes in mentoring work, and requiring townships to conduct regular inspections to track the effectiveness of mentoring.
Regularly comparing the results of assistance in Jinfeng District to ensure that the new round of resident cadres can quickly perform their duties; Lingwu City will include the work of mentors and mentors in the annual assessment of cadres to ensure that mentoring does not take any form; Minning Town in Yongning County not only implements two-way mutual evaluation of mentorship, but also conducts comprehensive evaluations from aspects such as public feedback and mentorship effectiveness, assigning scores to "mentors" in terms of skill level, comprehensive quality, and work situation, as an important basis for their selection and excellence...
