According to TASS, on June 28th local time, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov stated that Russian leaders have not been in contact with Western countries recently, but Russian President Putin will not reject any specific suggestions for dialogue.
Lavrov said that President Putin has repeatedly stated that Russia maintains an open attitude towards international cooperation. But the current issue is that cooperation between Russia and its previous Western partners cannot continue to be based on existing agreements, including those that have had legal effect. So, the relationship between Russia and Western countries is a struggle between different worlds.
Lavrov also pointed out that Russia cannot abandon its established goals for special military operations.
