During the visit, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee and President Xi Jinping met with Premier Fan Mingzheng, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council held talks with Premier Fan Mingzheng, and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Zhao Leji and Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Wang Huning met with Premier Fan Mingzheng respectively. In an atmosphere of friendship, frankness and mutual trust, the two sides briefed each other on the situation of their respective parties and countries, exchanged in-depth views on further strengthening and deepening China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperation and international and regional issues of common concern under the new situation, and reached a series of important consensus. Premier Fan Mingzheng also visited Xiong'an New Area in Hebei Province.

Exchanges with the Vietnamese National Assembly, the Chinese National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, and the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, strengthen exchanges in the process of China, and strengthen exchanges. The two sides of the 4. agreed to actively promote the docking of the development strategies of the two countries, accelerate the promotion of high-quality cooperation in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road", strengthen border road and railway connectivity, create a diversified, efficient and tough logistics channel system, ensure the smooth flow of border ports, and accelerate the opening and upgrading of ports And facility connectivity, promote smart port cooperation, and accelerate the integration and development of industrial chain supply chains. We will strengthen exchanges and mutual learning among state-owned enterprises and actively explore ways to strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation in key mineral fields. Vietnam will continue to create a good business environment for Chinese enterprises to invest in Vietnam.
The 5. sides agreed to strengthen friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, especially the border provinces, strengthen China-Vietnam friendly education for the two peoples, especially the younger generation, and organize friendly exchanges such as the China-Vietnam Youth Friendship Meeting, the China-Vietnam Border People's Gala, and the China-Vietnam People's Forum. activity.
The 6. sides will strictly implement the relevant important consensus reached by the leaders of the two parties and the two countries and the "Agreement on Basic Principles for Guiding the Settlement of China-Vietnam Maritime Issues", properly manage maritime differences, strengthen maritime cooperation, and maintain peace and stability in the South China Sea.
The two sides agreed to continue to promote the full and effective implementation of the "Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea", and on the basis of consensus, reach an early agreement on the "Code of Conduct in the South China Sea" that is substantive, effective and consistent with international law, including the "United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea".
7. the Vietnamese side has always firmly adhered to the one-China policy, reaffirmed that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory, resolutely opposed any form of "Taiwan independence" separatist activities, and did not develop any form of official relations with Taiwan.
China and 8. advocate that all countries should carry out exchanges and cooperation on human rights issues on the basis of equality and mutual respect, promote the strengthening of international dialogue and cooperation in the field of human rights, and resolutely oppose the politicization of human rights issues.
9. and China agreed to adhere to true multilateralism, jointly safeguard international fairness and justice, strengthen coordination and mutual support on major international and regional issues, and continue to strengthen coordination and cooperation within international and regional frameworks such as the United Nations, APEC, China-ASEAN, and Lancang-Mekong cooperation. Implement the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. On the basis of meeting the standards and procedures, Vietnam supports China's accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
During 10. visit, the two prime ministers witnessed the signing of cooperation documents on market supervision, smart ports, and maritime low-sensitivity areas.
The two sides agreed that Premier Fan Mingzheng's official visit to China was a complete success, deepened the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, and was conducive to regional and world peace, stability and development.
