To sum up, this year marks the 15th BRICS Summit, with the theme of "BRICS and Africa: Partnership for Accelerating Growth, Sustainable Development, and Inclusive Multilateralism". With a nod from Ramaphosa, all African leaders are invited to attend.

There are a total of 55 countries in Africa, and there is no doubt that this will be an unprecedented event in the history of the BRICS.

With so many leaders from African countries gathered together, what the Western Seven countries cannot do, what the United Nations General Assembly cannot do, the BRICS may have truly achieved.

But the long-awaited Macron just didn't receive the admission ticket.

Why?

I don't know either. Based on my personal analysis, two reasons cannot be ruled out.

The first and most important factor is Russia.

Russia immediately expressed opposition to Macron's wish, believing that it was "inappropriate" for leaders of unfriendly countries to attend the BRICS summit.

France supports Ukraine and gives Ukraine various weapons, which Russia sees in its eyes and hates in its heart.

Moreover, due to various reasons, Putin was still unable to go to South Africa this time and chose to attend the conference online in Moscow.

If the President of Russia, who is a formal member, cannot attend the meeting, but Macron, a leader of Western countries, goes to the scene, how can you make Russia feel embarrassed?

So, Macron, just forget about it this time.

The second one, which is also very important, South Africa may not have figured it out.

After all, this BRICS summit is a grand event for southern countries.

In addition to African leaders, there are also a large number of presidents and prime ministers from southern countries attending the meeting, and many countries are queuing up to apply to join the BRICS.

South African BRICS envoy Sukar recently revealed: "25 to 30 countries have informally expressed a strong desire to become members of the BRICS family."

The BRICS hosted a grand event, and a Macron arrived. Is Macron the focus, or is the summit the focus?

There may be a problem of losing focus, which may lead to imbalances in Western countries, and some African countries may also be very dissatisfied with France. For the host South Africa, it is better to do less than to do more. Macron, please wait a little longer.

It's completely my personal opinion, definitely not South Africa. I always feel that inviting Macron is not a bad thing, and it's regrettable that Macron didn't make it in the end.

Firstly, Macron's desire to attend the meeting fully demonstrates the influence of the BRICS.

South African BRICS envoy Sukar candidly stated that the continuous marginalization has caused widespread frustration among developing countries, prompting them to turn to the BRICS group as they are working to create a multipolar and more inclusive world.

Even in India, Indian Foreign Minister Su Jiesheng recently lamented, "The BRICS countries are no longer a 'substitute', but an established feature on the global stage. The reform significance represented by the BRICS countries is bound to spread throughout the world of multilateralism."

The world has seen this trend, and the visionary Macron naturally yearns for it and wants to personally participate in the grand event.

So, South Africa and Russia, letting Macron come is actually not a bad thing. Some differences are normal, and everyone needs to understand, including Russia. Be more atmospheric and sit down to talk. It's possible that sparks of discussion may arise?

Secondly, Macron should not be discouraged, but continue to work hard.

We must see that in the Western world, France is the country that values independence and autonomy the most, and Macron showcases the style of Charles de Gaulle.

I remember Macron went to China this year and told Chinese leaders in person that our two countries have similar temperaments.

What kind of temper?

Not willing to listen to other people's advice.

Therefore, on the way from Beijing to Guangzhou, Macron made it clear that Europe cannot become a vassal of the United States, and specifically on the Taiwan issue, Europe cannot become a follower of the United States.

But if they still fail to attend the BRICS summit, Macron should not be discouraged, indicating that France has not done enough and needs to continue to work hard.

Thirdly, we must unite the East and the West to build a more harmonious world.

It's difficult!

But no matter how difficult it is, we have to fight for it. After all, we are a community with a shared future for mankind. Looking at the recent scorching heat around the world, the Earth is almost no longer suitable for survival. What are you still fussing about?

The BRICS countries held a conference, and Western countries also came together to communicate and cooperate, and solve problems. What a good thing.

Bricks are not simple. As long as the BRICS unite as one, it can truly shake the world's pattern and change the face of the world.
