The "15 Economic Development Zones" will provide incentive measures for promotional activities of development enterprises. The document clearly states that from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, individual real estate projects with a sales area of 50000 square meters, 800000 square meters, and over 100000 square meters of commercial housing will be rewarded with 400000, 800000, and 1.2 million yuan respectively.
Moreover, Ya'an Economic Development Zone fully supports real estate enterprises to organize specialized work forces to carry out urban marketing outside the three districts.
