Is it difficult to book a museum appointment? National Cutural Heritage Administration: Cooperate with the Ministry of Public Security to crack down on "scalpers" with high quality | National Information Administration Office | Museum
Liu Yang, Director of the Department of Museums and Social Cultural Relics of the National Cutural Heritage Administration, said today at the press conference of the Office of the National People's Republic of China Press and Publication that recent research found that the difficulty in booking museums was mainly concentrated in some popular large museums. At the same time, some "scalpers" robbed and hoarded tickets, which interfered with the normal operation of the museum. In response to these problems, the National Cutural Heritage Administration has taken a series of measures.
Next, we will continue to increase our efforts in the following areas:
① Expand service supply and alleviate supply-demand contradictions. Focus on strengthening the promotion and publicity of some non popular high-quality museums, providing more choices for the public to visit museums. Guide museums in various regions to launch more high-quality and diversified exhibitions and educational activities, and further optimize service supply.
② Strengthen departmental linkage and form a joint regulatory force. Strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Public Security, conduct special research on specific measures to crack down on "scalpers", and increase scrutiny, supervision, and crackdown efforts.
③ Innovate work ideas and improve appointment mechanisms. Guide various regions to improve the level of reservation management through scheduling appointments, dynamic ticket placement, and optimization and upgrading of reservation systems. By appropriately extending the opening hours and increasing reservation quotas, further meeting the needs of the audience. At the same time, establish a "blacklist" system to increase the cost of malicious ticket grabbing, hoarding, and breaking promises.
④ Strengthen social explanation qualification certification, maintain visiting order, and optimize visiting experience.
