CCTV News: According to data released by the Ministry of Commerce yesterday, China's service trade continued to maintain a growth trend from January to July this year.
Data shows that from January to July, China's total import and export of services reached RMB 3666.91 billion, a year-on-year increase of 8.1%. The proportion of knowledge intensive service trade has increased. From January to July, the import and export of knowledge intensive services reached 1583.87 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.7%, accounting for 43.2% of the total import and export of services, an increase of 1.4 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
Travel services have significantly resumed. From January to July, the import and export of travel services reached 768.13 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 66.2%, continuing to become the fastest growing service trade sector. Among them, exports increased by 55.8% and imports increased by 67%.
