Wu Cha, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1953 in Jingyuan, Gansu Province, has served as Deputy Secretary General of the Baiyin Municipal Government, Secretary General of the Baiyin Municipal Government, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Baiyin Municipal People's Congress. In 2006, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the Baiyin Municipal People's Congress. In 2011, he was transferred to be a deputy prefecture level cadre of the Standing Committee of the Baiyin Municipal People's Congress, and later retired in March 2013.
