Zhang Run was born in August 1977, with a university degree and a master's degree. After graduating from the School of Law at Nanjing University with a major in Economic Law in 1999, Zhang Run entered the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court and worked in various departments such as the Civil Court, the Executive Court, the Research Office, and the Comprehensive Department.
