He expressed his deep impression of the exhibition of the early history of the International University Sports Federation. As an honorary member, Berg is well aware of the International Federation of Grand Histories, but he admits that he still benefited greatly from visiting the museum with his wife.

Berg also shared his feelings about coming to Chengdu on his social media, saying, "As an honorary member of the International Sports Federation, I had the privilege of participating in the Universiade held in Chengdu. This sports event had a large number of participants, was organized in an orderly manner, and the opening ceremony was exceptionally exciting. The sports facilities and logistics infrastructure were all top-notch."

The Chengdu Universiade Museum opened on the afternoon of July 24th, with an exhibition hall covering an area of 3300 square meters and collecting over 1000 physical collections, nearly 80000 images and electronic documents. In addition to the precious objects of this Universiade, the museum also collected valuable medals, torches, emblems, mascots and other precious collections in the history of the Universiade. It is the first Universiade themed museum in the history of the Universiade to be opened to the public before the opening of the event.

After entering the museum, visitors can see a white sculpture of a giant panda, and young athletes participating in this year's Universiade can leave their signatures on the panda to commemorate their trip to Chengdu. Zhang Ruiqin, an official of the Chengdu Universiade Executive Committee, introduced that the museum's exhibits include the "three treasures" of the Chengdu Games - the mascot "Rongbao", the torch "Ronghuo", and the medal "Rongguang". Chengdu elements can be said to be ubiquitous.
Reno Ed, Acting President of the International Federation of Sports Federations, is the Honorary Director of the Chengdu Universiade Museum. He said, "The Chengdu Universiade Museum is the first Universiade themed museum in the history of the Universiade to be opened to the public before the opening of the competition. This is a great achievement of the Chengdu people and an important legacy of the Chengdu Universiade. This milestone event has extraordinary significance."
Ed added, "If you go to a museum, you can see the development of sports through the different designs of medals. If you compare past and present medals, you will find that technology has undergone significant changes. I encourage everyone to go there, not only to understand the history of the Universiade, but also to draw inspiration from the past."
According to relevant reports, the Chengdu Universiade Village is expected to open for public visits by the end of September, and most of it will be converted into teaching and living spaces for teachers and students of Chengdu University after the competition. Among them, the Chengdu Universiade Museum is arranged in three chapters. The first and second chapters have been opened to the public, and the number of visitors has exceeded 20000. The exhibition of the third chapter "Global Event" is being intensively prepared and will be opened after completion.
