"Small property" affects people's livelihoods, and the issue of property fees is a hot topic of complaints about people's livelihoods. Zhang Tianchang, Deputy Director of Wenzhou Development and Reform Commission, and colleagues immediately urged relevant departments to verify and handle the supervision documents after bringing them back.
Subsequently, the National Development and Reform Commission also sorted out issues related to property fees, motor vehicle parking service fees, and charging fees for new energy vehicles, gathered high-frequency issues of concern to citizens, released consultation phone numbers for pricing fees in various counties and cities, and organized 26 documents for public clarification and answers. At the same time, relevant documents will be issued internally, and collaboration with other departments will be carried out to optimize the workflow and closed-loop handling of related complaints.
In mid February this year, when officials from a local education bureau in Wenzhou answered the hotline, citizens reported issues with the quality and hygiene of lunch in a primary school cafeteria. After investigation, the local education bureau initiated an accountability procedure and promoted the standardization of cafeteria management in the local education system, established a regulatory platform, and improved management mechanisms. On this basis, the education department, in conjunction with the relevant hotline issues sorted out by the Municipal Bureau of Letters and Visits, has issued a special action plan for the management of canteen procurement issues, further standardizing the "sunshine kitchen" on campus.

The Wenzhou 12345 Government Service Hotline Platform was officially established in September 2016.
According to Wenzhou Daily, on September 15th of that year, the Wenzhou 12345 government service hotline platform was officially established, integrating a total of 50 non emergency government service hotlines from municipal departments on the basis of the mayor's dedicated line. In the future, consultation, advice, and complaints from citizens will be more convenient.
It is reported that the integrated platform will implement a 24-hour government service window with "12345" as the external number, and will be uniformly answered, handled, supervised, and assessed by the hotline center. The staff will assign questionnaires to the relevant departments regarding the issues raised by citizens, and the departments will have 8 working days to investigate and respond.
In mid August 2022, Wenzhou City issued the "Work Plan on Carrying out the" Ten Thousand Cadres on Hotline "Action, requiring cadres to answer the hotline, gather public wisdom to alleviate public concerns, and promote the resolution of the" urgent and difficult "problems of the masses.
Subsequently, the Organization Department of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Bureau of Letters and Visits arranged for 60 cadres from directly under the city, as well as cadres from four districts, including Lucheng, Longwan, Ouhai, and Dongtou, to take turns "joining in" to answer people's livelihood hot issues. The cadres will combine their work positions and practical experience to immerse themselves in the new role of "telephone operators", gain first-hand information and suggestions, and promote the transformation from solving "one problem" to solving "one type of problem".
