"The park has established a virtuous industrial cycle from basic scientific research, achievement transformation to enterprise incubation. We have also established five park funds to provide long-term stable funding for industrial development," said Wu Jingxuan, head of the Industry Promotion Department of the Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Management Bureau in Sanya. By the end of March 2023, Yazhouwan Science and Technology City has completed an accumulated fixed assets investment of about 59.826 billion yuan.
