Li Yiqun, Chairman of Zibo Jingneng Technology Co., Ltd., who has invested in multiple projects in Qilu Energy Storage Valley, said that the company's production capacity of photovoltaic panels, semi-solid lithium batteries, and containerized energy storage systems has been partially implemented and is gradually transforming into economic benefits.

In recent years, Zibo City has focused on the goal of green, low-carbon, and high-quality development, cleared the production capacity of steel, coking, and coal, reduced 70% of the building ceramic production capacity and more than half of the chemical enterprises, and focused on the "four strong" industries of new materials, intelligent equipment, new medicine, and electronic information, striving to build 20 "billion yuan" industrial chains.

Since last year, Zouping has transferred over 17 million tons of steel production capacity and over 1 million tons of electrolytic aluminum production capacity, replacing the construction of multiple manufacturing projects with an investment of 1 billion yuan. Data shows that in the first half of this year, the proportion of high-tech industry output value to the industrial output value above designated size in Shandong Province reached about 52%; The "Four New" economic investment increased by 10.9% year-on-year, accounting for 55.6% of the total investment, an increase of 2.7 percentage points year-on-year; The investment in high-tech manufacturing increased by 27.7%, which is 22.2 percentage points higher than the total investment.
