Steadily advancing high-quality construction

This "golden reed" shaped building with Baiyangdian characteristics is one of the landmarks of the start-up area. The project leader said that there are many connection points in the steel structure engineering of the project, and there are certain difficulties in construction. To ensure high-quality construction, technical personnel simulate in advance through the BIM system, optimize drawing design nodes, reduce construction risks, and strengthen structural strength.

The Xiong'an New Area pursues "Xiong'an Quality" as its goal. From planning blueprint to large-scale construction, the new area has completed a total investment of over 500 billion yuan, and the three cities of above ground Xiong'an, underground Xiong'an, and cloud Xiong'an are growing together.

The changes on the ground are visible to the naked eye. At present, the main infrastructure in the start-up area of Xiong'an New Area has been basically completed, and the major infrastructure in the start-up area has been fully constructed. The Rongdong area has been basically completed, and the Rongxi, Xiongdong, and Zangang areas have entered a period of sustained and stable development, achieving the phased goal of "showing its embryonic form and image" as scheduled.

There is a unique cave in Xiong'an underground. In the start-up area of Xiong'an New Area, Rongdong area, Rongxi area, etc., there is almost no electric pole visible, and there is no "zippered road" situation. According to the concept of "underground first, then above ground", the new area plans to construct an underground comprehensive pipe gallery of about 380 kilometers. The power, communication, gas and other pipelines will be classified and installed, and various front-end sensing devices will be installed to monitor the operation in real time.

Every building in the real city will form a digital model twin with it on the network platform. The relevant person in charge of China Telecom Digital City Technology Co., Ltd. said that this synchronization is not just a simple record, but can also serve production and life. For example, their digital road construction can automatically adjust the traffic light timing at intersections based on traffic flow, reducing traffic congestion.

High level management is increasingly improving

Since the establishment of Xiong'an New Area, many people have moved to new homes and moved into modern buildings. Ms. Cai, a resident of Nanwenying Community in Rongdong District, is very satisfied with her new life, but she has a bit of trouble - there are often children playing basketball on the basketball court downstairs, which affects her rest. For this reason, Sister Cai often conflicts with the parents of her children.

Seemingly a small basketball court, it actually involves multiple departments. In order to solve the problem of Sister Cai, Wang Weixiao, the Secretary of the Party Branch of Nanwenying Community, contacted the affected residents such as Sister Cai and the parents of basketball loving children, and coordinated with multiple departments such as property management and municipal management to hold a joint meeting on the basketball court site. The final decision was to transform the basketball court into a badminton court, which could meet the needs of children's physical exercise without affecting the rest of other residents.

As a newly built area, the problems encountered by residents during their stay often involve multiple departments. The Rongdong area has explored the establishment of a "one call and one response" work mechanism under the guidance of party building, using joint meetings to solve grassroots governance problems. Since the beginning of this year, the Rongdong area has solved over 300 community disputes, housing maintenance, and public facility maintenance issues through this mechanism.

The urban management of Xiong'an New Area is not only becoming increasingly refined, but also becoming more intelligent. Entering the Xiong'an City Computing Center, a sense of technology is overwhelming. A huge electronic screen is divided into four sections: block data platform, Internet of Things platform, video network platform, and CIM basic platform.

"These four platforms are the integration foundation of urban data based on the Xiong'an City Computing Center, and are the extension of urban intelligent management application achievements." According to the relevant person in charge of Xiong'an Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd., one center and four platforms have gathered over 20 billion pieces of urban operation data, laying the foundation for the intelligent management of Xiong'an New Area from the source.

High quality release of hooves, fast and stable steps

Over the past six years since its establishment, the comprehensive carrying capacity, element cohesion, and self-development ability of Xiong'an New Area have been comprehensively improved, and the first batch of iconic relief projects have been orderly implemented.

The main structure of the headquarters of China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd. has been capped. The China National Chemical Corporation Headquarters Building project is expected to complete the topping out of the main building structure by the end of this year. China Huaneng Headquarters is accelerating construction, and China Mineral Resources Group has determined the site selection in the start-up area. Four universities and two hospitals have been selected, and related work is actively being promoted.

A series of market-oriented projects have also been orderly promoted. Not far south from the headquarters of China Satellite Network Corporation, projects related to China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom are ranked first. On June 30th this year, the overall relocation of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau Group Xiong'an Engineering Co., Ltd. to Xiong'an New Area was completed.

As of July 1st, central enterprises have established over 150 various institutions in Xiong'an New Area, with over 3000 registered enterprises in Beijing as investment sources.

According to relevant requirements, Hebei Province and relevant departments will continue to plan the second batch of central enterprise headquarters and second and third level subsidiaries or innovative business sectors in Beijing, and start planning the relocation of financial institutions, research institutes, and public institutions.

Ding Jinjun, Deputy Director of the Reform and Development Bureau of Xiong'an New Area, said that the new area has established a leadership group led by the main leaders of the Party Working Committee and Management Committee to undertake relief work. Three specialized teams have been set up to undertake relief work for universities, hospitals, and enterprise headquarters, and project implementation coordination teams have been established one by one. The service mechanism of "one project, one team, one set of plans, and one follow-up" has been adopted to coordinate and solve the problems encountered during the project implementation process, continuously promoting the implementation of key relief projects.
