We have also dealt with new hidden corruption cases such as the "political and business revolving door" of former mayor Yue Wenhai of Zhoukou City, as well as cases of dereliction of duty and dereliction of duty involving the agricultural credit system and village banks, such as Sun Weifang, former party secretary and deputy general manager of Henan Economic and Technological Cooperation Group Company, and Wang Zhe, former party secretary of the Provincial Agricultural Credit Union, Chen Yimin, former director, and Guan Qifeng, former deputy director. Adhere to the joint investigation of bribery and bribery, with 9660 newly entered into the bribery database and 81 individuals punished for bribery.

Building a "pro" and "clean" political and business relationship, always treating private enterprises and entrepreneurs as one's own, carrying out supervision and governance of optimizing the business environment, and organizing the "5.20 pro clean political and business day" activity for 11 consecutive years, targeting the inadequate implementation of policies to assist enterprises and benefit enterprises, weak implementation and promotion of major project construction, and non-standard administrative law enforcement related to enterprises, which have caused strong public feedback, troubled market entities, and hindered development, and damaging the business environment. 1716 problems were investigated and dealt with, 733 people were punished, and 55 people were transferred.

Focusing on the issues that are widely concerned, strongly reflected, and recurring among the masses, we will focus on 9 categories and 19 aspects, including employment and entrepreneurship, education and medical care, elderly care and social security, ecological environment, safety production, food and drug safety, and law enforcement and justice. We will classify and rectify 1082 prominent issues in the field of people's livelihood, and handle 2145 people, so that the masses can see changes and benefit from comprehensive strict governance of the Party.

In the past six months, we have achieved new results in promoting the revitalization of rural areas, transforming the blueprint into a reality.

Focusing on the "Five Revitalizations" of industry, talent, culture, ecology, and organization, we will promote the implementation of the political responsibility of "Five level Secretaries to Promote Rural Revitalization", and ensure that the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy deployment is implemented and effective throughout the province. We will deepen the special rectification of unhealthy practices and corruption in the field of rural revitalization, strengthen supervision and inspection of key projects, major funds, and important links in rural revitalization, and investigate and deal with a total of 770 problems and 1232 people in the province, urging us to maintain the bottom line of preventing large-scale poverty return.

In the past six months, we have deepened the rectification of the stubborn diseases of the "four winds", continuously strengthened the spirit of the central eight point regulations, and the "golden business card" of work style construction has become increasingly clear.

We will carry out special actions to investigate and deal with 2735 "Four Winds" problems and 4860 people in the province.

In the past six months, under high-pressure deterrence and policy appeal, some disciplinary and illegal party members and cadres have voluntarily surrendered.

213 disciplinary and illegal party members and cadres, including Wang Qiufang, Vice Chairman of the Puyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Wu Jinpeng, Member and Deputy Director of the Party Committee of Henan Rural Credit Cooperatives Federation, Liu Hengfang, former Deputy Secretary and General Manager of Henan Economic and Technological Cooperation Group Company, voluntarily surrendered to the case, and 629 actively confessed their problems. The comprehensive effect of anti-corruption measures continues to be demonstrated.

In the past six months, the political inspection has become even more sharp.

The third round of the 11th Henan Provincial Party Committee's inspection work has come to a successful conclusion, and the fourth round of inspections has officially started. Seven provincial cities and their counties, Jiyuan Industry City Integration Demonstration Zone, and Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone have undergone political examinations.

In the past six months, we have been using cases to promote the conversion to vaccination, treating both symptoms and strengthening the body.

We will carry out special disciplinary education on "clear direction, establish rules, maintain a positive atmosphere, and strengthen immunity" among party members and cadres throughout the province, explore the implementation of disciplinary action decisions, notices for promoting reform through cases, and disciplinary inspection and supervision recommendations, and promote the establishment of a full cycle and normalized disciplinary education mechanism. Regularly carry out warning education through cases to promote reform, hold warning education meetings at different fields and levels, deepen the use of cases to promote reform and governance, and educate party members and cadres to respect, be cautious, and keep the bottom line.

In the past six months, the basic work of disciplinary inspection and supervision at the grassroots level has moved from tangible coverage to effective coverage.

Implement the "two-step" work arrangement for the construction of the "three modernizations" of grassroots disciplinary inspection and supervision institutions, improve the cooperation mechanism for county and district disciplinary inspection and supervision work, explore the use of joint supervision, cross inspection, and regional cooperation methods, carry out collaborative supervision and case handling, and shift the focus of supervision to the grassroots level and tilt the supervision force towards the grassroots level. 146 counties and 2339 townships in the province have completed standardized construction, accounting for 76.4% and 92.7% respectively. The disciplinary inspection and supervision organs of the whole province are promoting theme education and educational rectification, polishing the iron army's golden signboard with higher purity and more sufficient quality in pure thoughts and pure organizations.

We adhere to the principle of turning the blade inward, conducting strict self-examination and self correction, implementing the five prohibitions on "black under the lamp", and seriously investigating and punishing Wan Jinsheng, the deputy leader of the disciplinary inspection and supervision team stationed at the Provincial High People's Court.

We strictly establish regulations and systems, continue to carry out institutional construction and "fine decoration", introduce five systems, including the "Ten Strict Prohibitions" for online words and actions of disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres, and the management measures for seconded disciplinary and case handling personnel. We reiterate the strict implementation of the dining out approval and reporting system, and build a loyal, clean, responsible, and willing to fight disciplinary inspection and supervision iron army.
