In recent years, Shuangqing District has implemented the concept of "Party building guidance and precise service", and implemented a service system of "three level secretaries focusing on rural revitalization, supporting unit party organizations and party member cadres focusing on paired assistance, village work teams focusing on frontline promotion, and resident village party members and cadres focusing on improving work style". It is reported that Lianhe Village currently has over 1500 acres of flower and seedling bases and over 650 acres of high-quality fruit bases. At the same time, in combination with the development of comprehensive tourism, village collective economic organizations guide farmers to transfer idle farmhouses, and cooperate with rural tourism enterprises through leasing, equity participation, and other forms to develop more than 20 leisure farms, rural homestays, and "farmhouse entertainment". The average annual number of tourists reached 100000, and the village collective income exceeded 400000 yuan in 2022.

"Small fruits" achieve "big industries". At present, more than 600 acres of figs in Liangtang Village, Dutouqiao Town are experiencing a bountiful harvest. As the largest fig picking base in Shuangqing District, the annual fruit production of the entire fig planting base in the village is about 600000 kilograms, with an annual comprehensive sales revenue of over 4 million yuan, driving more than 30 households in the village to plant figs and solving the employment problem for more than 80 idle laborers.

Choosing the right industry leads to prosperity. All along, Shuangqing District has combined agricultural modernization with the work of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, and rural revitalization, driving rural revitalization through industrial development, allowing the people to enjoy "industrial rice" and embark on the road to prosperity.

More than 900 areas of psoriasis will be cleared, more than 300 new garbage bins will be replaced, and 188 old and illegal billboards will be removed and rectified. The focus is on the transformation of harmless sanitary toilets for monitoring households, low-income households, and other groups, with a basic goal of zero dry toilets, a 100% pass rate for three grid septic tanks, and a satisfaction rate of over 99% among the public.
