In response to the above questions, Pengpai News contacted multiple prisons in Hebei Province using "family meetings" on August 10th, but did not receive an effective response. Lichi Information stated in an accompanying text on the certificate that its independently developed prison remote video conferencing platform was deployed and put into operation in the prison system of Hebei Province in November 2020.
