Harbin clarifies the names of four officials who have been falsely reported for anti-corruption
Notice of Harbin Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision on Clarifying Typical Cases of Name Correction
In order to effectively protect the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of Party members and cadres, and create a clean and upright political environment, four typical cases of clarifying and rectifying names are hereby reported as follows.
1、 Harbin Pingfang District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision clarifies the name of Mu, a first level researcher of Pingfang District Petition Bureau who was falsely reported
From 2019 to 2023, the public reported in real name that Mu had embezzled special funds for the silage base project and engaged in fraudulent accounting to obtain national special agricultural subsidies while serving as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Yuanping New Town in Pingfang District. After investigation, it was found that the government of Yuanping New Town timely and fully disbursed project construction funds, and the fund receipts and payments were true and compliant. The accounting information was complete and complete, and there was no occupation of special funds for the silage base project or fraudulent accounting to obtain national special agricultural subsidies. The reported issues were untrue. In July 2023, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Pingfang District, Harbin issued a clarification letter to Mu himself, with a copy to the main person in charge of the party group of his unit, and clarified his name in writing.
2、 The Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Songbei District, Harbin City, clarified the name of Zhang, the person in charge of Qingshan People's Court and a fourth level senior judge, in response to false reports by the Songbei District People's Court
From February to June 2023, the public reported in real name the issue of Zhang's wrongful judgment in a labor dispute case. After investigation, it was found that Zhang handled the case in accordance with the law, and the original verdict was upheld in the second trial. Zhang did not engage in any wrongful judgment, and the reported issue was untrue. In July 2023, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Songbei District, Harbin City, issued a clarification letter to Zhang himself, with a copy to the main person in charge of the party group of his unit, clarifying Zhang's name in writing.
3、 Harbin Acheng District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision clarifies the name of Zhang, the director of Acheng District Real Estate Service Center, who was falsely reported
In May 2023, the public anonymously reported that Zhang did not carefully verify the housing information during the process of sealing down the property in a certain community, resulting in the problem of the informant's purchased property being transferred to others. After investigation, Zhang strictly followed the regulations during the process of sealing down the property in the community, and there were no violations of discipline or law. The reported issues were untrue. In June 2023, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Acheng District sent a clarification letter to Zhang himself, with a copy to the main person in charge of the party group of his unit, clarifying Zhang's name in writing.
4、 Tonghe County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision clarifies the name of Wang, the director of Tonghe County Development and Reform Bureau, who was falsely reported
In January 2021, the public anonymously reported that Wang was involved in a bidding process for a certain engineering project, accusing his functional department of failing to fulfill its supervisory duties, abusing power, and sheltering illegal activities. After investigation, it was found that Wang's tenure did not match the bidding and evaluation time for the project. His functional department did not fail to fulfill their supervisory responsibilities, abuse their power, or cover up illegal activities, and the reported issues were untrue. In May 2023, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Tonghe County sent a clarification letter to Wang himself, with a copy to the main person in charge of the county party committee, and clarified his name in writing.
