In addition, starting from September 15th, the Hangzhou Asian Games will sell accessible seat tickets to the public. The accessible seat area is an exclusive viewing area for spectators using wheelchairs, without seats. Audiences with special needs can purchase accessible seat tickets. After entering the venue with the ticket, they can go to the corresponding accessible seat area to watch the competition. On August 26th, the Wenzhou S1 Line Asian Games themed train officially began carrying passengers. It is understood that Wenzhou S1 Line has a total length of 53.5 kilometers and runs through the entire city in an east-west direction. Along the way, it connects urban transportation hubs such as airports and high-speed rail stations, with a passenger capacity of 1200 people. During the competition, it will undertake important transportation support functions.

There are four S1 Asian Games themed trains, each with four carriages. The exterior of the train is themed around the Asian Games, while the interior of the carriages is themed around Asian Games events such as football and dragon boat.
