Relying on the leading advantage of big data, Guizhou has deeply implemented the "integration of ten thousand enterprises" action, empowering enterprises to transform and upgrade through digital integration transformation. Entering Guiyang Zhongan Technology Group Co., Ltd., there are high-definition cameras, industrial computers, and sensors in the factory area and production line. The work dynamics of machines and employees are displayed in real-time on the screen. Through the integration of production and operation data in the cloud, the system automatically summarizes the entire production and sales process data in real time, improving production efficiency by 50% and reducing costs by 30%. The significant changes have deeply touched the person in charge of the enterprise, Wang Chuanfu. Through digital empowerment, the company has transformed from a traditional cable production enterprise to a smart factory, achieving a total industrial and trade output value of 2.86 billion yuan in 2022.
"Industrial digitization is based on the needs of various industries and provides personalized services according to the characteristics of enterprises." Hu Jianhua, Secretary of the Party Group of the Guizhou Provincial Big Data Development Management Bureau, introduced that as of now, more than 10000 enterprises in Guizhou have implemented digital integration transformation, driving a total of 25000 enterprises to "go to the cloud and use the cloud". The grand space scenes, cool and realistic mechanical elements... This year, the special effects rendering of multiple domestic films were produced by the Supercomputing Center in Gui'an New Area, Guizhou. "Last year, we provided computing power support for cloud rendering services to over 200000 users, covering more than 50 countries and regions," said Peng Benqian, Director of the Technology Research and Development Department of the Supercomputing Center.
In 2022, Guizhou successfully entered the national computing power hub node sequence, and Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area were also selected for the national data center cluster. Guizhou has become one of the regions with the most clusters of super large data centers in the world. At present, there are 37 key data centers under construction and operation in Guizhou, including 14 super large data centers. The construction of the national integrated computing power network national main hub center project with an investment of 1 billion yuan is accelerating.
Focusing on cultivating core competitiveness, Guizhou aims to build a big data industry cluster and build a digital economic ecosystem. In order to build a digital industry and talent gathering area, as well as a digital scene application demonstration zone in Guizhou, Guiyang Big Data Science and Technology Innovation City has emerged, attracting 488 big data enterprises to settle in over a year. "We value the industrial ecology here, and many products can be found in application scenarios without leaving the park," said Zhang Kui, the person in charge of Xineng Electric Technology Construction Co., Ltd. Less than a year after settling in Guiyang Big Data Science and Technology Innovation City, the company's main business has shifted from focusing on communication technology services to developing big data information products and services, and is currently incubating a batch of innovative projects.
At present, Guizhou is building three 100 billion yuan level leading industrial clusters of data center, intelligent terminal and data application, deeply implementing the "100 enterprise leading" action around six fields of artificial intelligence, 5G, Internet of Things, cloud computing, information security and blockchain, cultivating 12 characteristic industrial ecosystems such as industrial Internet, smart culture and tourism, and data trading, and promoting the innovative application of big data in a larger scope and at a higher level.
