Previously, after 8 departments including the National Rural Revitalization Bureau and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Cultivation of Rural Craftsmen, various regions actively attempted to explore the evaluation of professional titles for rural craftsmen, develop and strengthen talent teams, and drive the development of local characteristic industries. In Guangdong, since the official implementation of the professional title evaluation for rural craftsmen in 2021, 4470 rural craftsmen of various types have been evaluated, becoming an important force in promoting the development of agriculture and rural industries.
