According to a report by The Capitol Hill on July 3rd local time, according to a recent Gallup poll on the confidence index of G7 governments, the United States and the United Kingdom received the lowest confidence index.

Gallup found in his survey that only 31% of respondents expressed confidence in the US government and 33% expressed confidence in the UK government, with the US and UK ranking lowest. On this issue, Germany and Canada scored the highest, with 61% of people expressing confidence in the German government and 51% expressing confidence in the Canadian government. Among the other member countries, France, Japan, and Italy received confidence indices of 46%, 43%, and 41%, respectively.
