More than two months after the official listing of the State Administration for Financial Supervision and Administration, the bureau's 36 provincial-level branches across the country have welcomed unified listing.
According to the official website of the State Administration of Financial Supervision and Administration, on the morning of July 20th, 31 provincial-level regulatory bureaus, 5 regulatory bureaus of planned cities, and 306 regulatory sub bureaus of prefecture level cities were listed together, marking an important step forward in the reform of the financial regulatory system and achieving phased results. Li Yunze, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the State Administration for Financial Regulation, and Hu Changsheng, Secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, attended the listing ceremony of the Gansu Regulatory Bureau of the State Administration for Financial Regulation and jointly unveiled the plaque.

The reform tasks at the central level aim to be completed by the end of 2023, while the reform tasks at the local level aim to be completed by the end of 2024.
Among them, the State Administration for Financial Supervision and Administration, established on the basis of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, was unveiled on May 18th this year.

Five members of the former leadership team of the State Council Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office were collectively transferred, with Xia Baolong serving as the director of the Central Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office and the State Council Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office.
In the institutional reform of the State Council, the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs "left" the Ministry of Science and Technology and instead added a plaque to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security; The China National Intellectual Property Administration, which is managed by the State Market Supervision and Administration Administration, is adjusted to be an institution directly under the State Council; The National Bureau of Rural Revitalization will no longer be established separately, but will be listed under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
Correspondingly, Li Meng, the director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, will no longer serve as the deputy minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology; Shen Changyu, Director of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, no longer serves as a member of the Party Leadership Group of the State Market Supervision and Administration Administration; Previously serving as a member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Liu Huanxin, the Secretary and Director of the Party Group of the National Rural Revitalization Bureau, was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and was once again appointed as the Director of the National Rural Revitalization Bureau. Xia Gengsheng, Huang Yan, and Li Jinghui, who were originally members of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the National Rural Revitalization Bureau, were all transferred to serve as members of the Party Group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
