In the case of Mo Shiwu, a criminal from Sanjiang Prison in Hainan Province, who was found to have illegally reduced his sentence and temporarily executed outside of prison, four judicial staff members were found to have committed job-related crimes. After being led and guided by the People's Procuratorate of Hainan Province, the case was filed for investigation by the Second Branch of the People's Procuratorate of Hainan Province.
Among them, Chen Yijun, the second level senior police chief of Xinkang Prison in Hainan Province and the former deputy director of Hainan Provincial Judicial Hospital, is suspected of favoritism and fraud and is temporarily executed outside of prison. Li Changping, the fourth level senior police chief of Sanjiang Prison in Hainan Province, is suspected of favoritism and fraud and is temporarily executed outside of prison. Liang Shirong, the fourth level senior police chief of Sanjiang Prison and former head of the Criminal Enforcement Department, is suspected of favoritism and fraud and is temporarily executed outside of prison. Zhang Yundao, a police officer in the meeting room of Sanjiang Prison in Hainan Province, is suspected of favoritism and fraud and is now under investigation and prosecution.
