On the 21st, it was learned from CNOOC that the groundbreaking ceremony for China's first intelligent equipment manufacturing base for marine oil and gas throughout its entire life cycle was held in the Lingang Economic Zone of Binhai New Area, Tianjin. After completion, it will achieve intelligent production and operation of China's marine oil and gas equipment throughout its entire life cycle, from design, manufacturing, operation to testing and maintenance, marking a crucial step towards the digitalization, intelligence, and low-carbon development of China's marine oil and gas core equipment manufacturing and operation industry.
The base is invested by CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CNOOC, and built in two phases. It covers an area of 270000 square meters. After completion, it will have oilfield production, oilfield drilling and production, oilfield energy saving and emission reduction, oilfield intelligent supporting products and Underwater devices and other key core equipment design, R & D, manufacturing and operation and maintenance capabilities in the offshore oil and gas field, and continue to promote the localization of key core equipment, effectively enhance the core competitiveness of China's offshore oil and gas production equipment manufacturing industry, and help build a modern offshore oil and gas core equipment manufacturing industry system.
Feng Shaoming, chief project manager of the base, said that in the past, the whole life cycle of offshore oil and gas equipment from design, manufacturing to operation, testing and maintenance required different service providers to perform their respective duties, and barriers between different chains affected the efficiency of production and maintenance. The new base will take the "integrated platform for predictive prevention and control of equipment and facilities" as the core, break through the data barriers of various industrial chain scenarios and intelligent manufacturing, and create a new operation mode of integrated equipment operation and maintenance with real-time health perception of equipment and facilities, predictability of professional services, coordination of operation and maintenance operations, and intelligent management decisions, so as to realize the "intelligence" of the whole life cycle of offshore oil and gas equipment, and better help reduce costs and increase efficiency and green low carbon production in offshore oil field.
Tong Li, general manager of CNOOC Development Equipment Technology Company, said that after the completion of the base, all links of product design, manufacturing and operation and maintenance can realize intelligent linkage. Through in-depth mining of data value and real-time monitoring of product operation status, prevention and management can be achieved in advance before product failure occurs.
It is understood that the new base to "intelligent manufacturing, green low-carbon, employee-friendly" as the goal, the green park, green factory concept of the whole process, full coverage of the project construction links. The roof of the park will be equipped with a photovoltaic power generation system, which can save about 4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 99580 tons per year. Solar energy systems used in office and life can save about 50000 kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, and can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 400 tons during the life cycle according to current technical indicators. The base also plans to introduce "green power" from the outside and build a "zero-carbon park".
