Jinnan District has decided to provide assistance to residents within the evacuation range of the settlement area, helping the affected population to restore basic living order as soon as possible.
Assistance includes one-time living assistance funds and temporary transitional assistance funds. The one-time living assistance fund is RMB 5000 per household; The temporary transitional assistance fund is 20 yuan per square meter per month, tentatively distributed until December 31, 2023. It is understood that Jinnan District also assists the public in transitioning to renting by actively seeking housing resources and reducing intermediary costs. According to the relevant person in charge of the district's housing and construction department, multiple real estate brokerage agencies were organized to provide more than 7400 units of housing, and a rental housing recommendation meeting was held at the evacuation hotel to receive inquiries from the public on site.
