Ms. Wang, the mother of the child, introduced that in early July, her 12-year-old son wanted to travel during the summer vacation, so she signed up for the "Hulunbuir Grassland 6-day and 5-night Private Group" tourism project online for her husband and son, including the "Balhu Folk Park". July 8 is the the fourth day day of the trip. The evening trip includes watching the bonfire party in the Folk Custom Park and lodging. At around 8:25 pm, when she saw a triangular wing plane sightseeing project next to the campfire party, her husband paid 498 yuan to let the pilot take his son on a flight. Unexpectedly, the plane collided with a parked Le Le car during takeoff, and the pilot died on the spot. After the doctor arrived, he announced that his son was also incurable.
"The plane was only 30-40 centimeters above the ground when it collided," Ms. Wang's husband recalled the situation at the time. According to his introduction, the plane experienced turbulence during takeoff, and the engine noise suddenly decreased. Ms. Wang's husband captured the entire takeoff process with his phone. The video shows the child getting on the plane with the help of the staff. The plane experienced a jolt as it passed through a pothole, and the engine noise suddenly decreased. Then, the engine roared again. As soon as the plane left the ground, it collided with a parked Le Le car.
Ms. Wang introduced that after the incident, the police arrived at the scene at around 9 pm, and the emergency personnel arrived at around 10:20 pm. However, at that time, the son had no vital signs. At the request of the family, the hospital conducted an examination of the child's body, and the results showed that the child's head, chest, abdomen, waist and other parts were severely injured.

The business license provided by the family of the company shows that its legal representative is Mr. Ma, and the establishment date is March 29th of this year. According to family members, Zhang was piloting a delta wing aircraft at that time.
