According to data from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the total consumption in the Beijing market increased by 8.9% year-on-year in the first five months of this year. Among them, the service consumption increased by 11.2% year-on-year.

Specifically, from January to May this year, the total retail sales of consumer goods in Beijing reached 571.04 billion yuan, with catering revenue increasing by 33.3% year-on-year; In the wholesale and retail industry above the quota, the retail sales of gold, silver, jewelry, sports and entertainment products, and cosmetics related to upgrading consumption increased by 41.7%, 21.8%, and 21.8% year-on-year, respectively.
