Erdogan shouts to Sweden: "Manage your streets" NATO | Reporter | Sweden
According to Tass News Agency, on August 21, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Türkiye told reporters that the decision on whether Sweden can join NATO will be made by Türkiye's parliament. Türkiye's parliament will focus on Stockholm's actions.
According to reports, Türkiye's Radio and Television Station quoted Erdogan as saying: "The process of submitting Sweden's accession protocol to the parliament and ratifying the protocol is directly related to whether Sweden fulfills its obligations. This decision must be made by the parliament. As for how long the relevant committee will discuss and how long this process will take, we are not clear. First of all, Sweden must manage the streets of Stockholm well. If they do not do this, if the attack on the Koran continues, then they should not be angry."
