According to Hefei Daily on July 29th, on the afternoon of the 28th, Hefei City, Anhui Province held a special meeting to discuss and plan the city's real estate work. The meeting proposed to actively explore the pricing of commercial housing sales based on the unit area in order to avoid a large proportion of shared area.

The fifth is to try to cancel the floor price difference rate limit of commercial housing and transfer the pricing power to the market.
Six is to pilot the simultaneous application of pre-sale permits for parking spaces, garages, and commercial housing, but bundled sales are strictly prohibited.
The seventh is to explore the possibility of applying for a pre-sale permit once the overall acceptance of the underground garage in real estate projects is qualified. This is beneficial for improving the quality of basement construction and preventing problems such as basement leakage caused by rushing the construction period.
Eight is to implement the "full process agency" and comprehensively promote the "start of construction upon land acquisition, construction upon commencement, and certificate delivery upon delivery".
The ninth is to adhere to and improve the land bidding, auction, and listing system, use the "competitive quality" mechanism, explore competitive negotiation and transfer methods, and give priority to high-quality real estate enterprises with "four no's": no project "unfinished", no project with "guaranteed delivery" task, no property management problems, and no project engineering quality issues.
