Expand financing channels for private enterprises, improve multi-level capital markets, support eligible private enterprises to issue stocks, bonds, and other financing tools in accordance with the law, and expand the proportion of direct financing.
Once again, vigorously promote the spirit of outstanding entrepreneurs. Cultivate a team of private entrepreneurs in the new era, enhance their perception of identity and status, and enhance their intrinsic motivation to promote investment and development. Promote the transformation of individuals into enterprises, the upgrading of small enterprises to larger ones, the transformation of state-owned enterprises into stocks, and the listing of stocks, and continuously enhance the operational capabilities and governance level of private enterprises.
