"The 'the Belt and Road' initiative is proposed by our country. We should have the right to speak and theoretical innovation. We should build our academic system, disciplinary system and discourse system on the the Belt and Road. In the 'five links' system of promoting the' the Belt and Road 'construction, education is an important part of' people to people connectivity '." Hu Biliang, executive dean of the the Belt and Road College of Beijing Normal University, introduced that the establishment of the the Belt and Road College is a concrete manifestation of planning to promote the education of the the Belt and Road work. In late June, the the Belt and Road College will usher in its ninth graduation ceremony, with 491 graduates from 88 countries.

In terms of discipline setting, the the Belt and Road College has set up three types of programs, namely, master programs for developing countries, business administration programs for the the Belt and Road, and public administration programs for the the Belt and Road. Five modules, namely, "Fundamentals of Management", "China's Development Experience", "the Belt and Road", "Leadership", and "Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area", are integrated into the experience of government policy practice and grassroots governance. The research sites are from villages to Shanghai, to guide students to learn how to prevent investment risks, and to invite former leaders and experts from the Belt and Road countries to give lectures, to learn the opportunities and challenges of the Greater Bay Area in a practical way, so that graduates can seamlessly connect with the development experience of the Greater Bay Area and even China after returning to their own countries.

Student representatives from Bangladesh, Sierra Leone, Russia and other countries shared their experience of living and studying in the the Belt and Road Academy. Among them, Sierra Leonean student Li Si stated that the college has organized rich practical activities and visited places such as the Shenzhen China Highway and AVIC General Motors during his time in school. By leading students to understand the "hard connectivity" of infrastructure and advanced technology in the Bay Area, the College enables Chinese culture and technology to "go global" and promote the development of the "the Belt and Road".

In Hengqin Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park in Zhuhai, building an "international window of traditional Chinese medicine industry and culture along the the Belt and Road" is the advantageous positioning of the park. As of now, the industrial park has completed the registration of six excellent traditional Chinese medicine varieties from traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Macau and mainland China in Mozambique. The "China Mozambique Traditional Chinese Medicine Center" project in the industrial park was also approved as the "International Cooperation Special Project of Traditional Chinese Medicine" in 2019, promoting the exchange and development of traditional Chinese medicine between China and Mozambique, as well as promoting the application and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in Mozambique and the development of local traditional medicine, gradually radiating the results to surrounding countries and regions.
