In Qinhuangdao, Hebei, Meng Jinghui's annual new drama "Twelve Love Poems" premiered at the largest seaside open-air theater in China - Anaya Lonely Outer Theater. Together with the entire audience, they experienced the tide, sea breeze, and night; Appreciating "Romeo and Juliet by the Sea", the audience shares food and embraces goodbye at the 3am seaside theater. The aggregation of public space, private space, and imaginative space forms the unique venue of the Anaya Theatre Festival.

Starting from 2021, the Anaya Theatre Festival has become one of the most important artistic activities in the Anaya community, attracting a large number of artists, audiences, and media every year. When cultural tourism and art collide at the seaside in Anaya, the community finds a new way of industrial expression: to continuously meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people and the needs of a better life through artistic practice, thereby promoting the development of local cultural tourism industry.
The biggest feature of Anaya Cultural Tourism is not just the theater festival, but also the collision of new expressions of community culture in the name of art. The former Anaya was just one of the many unsold properties along the Beidaihe River. In 2013, Anaya began collaborating with renowned architects to promote highly designed buildings to the public.
In 2015, the video "The Lonely Library in China" successfully gained popularity with 600 million views on the entire network. The landmark Lonely Library continues to break visiting records, and landmark buildings such as the Lonely Library and the Sea Hall still maintain a high appearance rate on major media platforms to this day.
In the following years, Anaya entered the creative stage of brand content from the construction production stage.
