Children lose their phone cards one after another, and scam gangs emerge

The police carefully investigated relevant clues and found a common point. These abnormal phone cards are usually bound to a secondary card, which is usually used by the cardholder's own child through a phone watch. When the operator identifies abnormalities in the secondary card, the main card will be shut down.
During the investigation, the police discovered that the phones used to call these lost phone card numbers were all the same, suspecting the existence of a gang specialized in making fraudulent phone calls in the area.

The police determined that Zhang and Huang should belong to the same gang. After obtaining the exact location of the suspects, the investigators arrested them all.
