Does Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts admit 1 out of every 5 students from here? Punish 200000 yuan! Cultural courses | grades | Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts
Recently, the Market Supervision Administration of Jinan City, Shandong Province, imposed administrative penalties on a case of false commercial advertising.
The reason shows that Jinan Shuimuyuan Art Studio claimed in its advertisement that "Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts admits 1 out of every 5 people" and "Central Academy of Fine Arts admits 1 out of every 8 people" came from Shuimuyuan Art Studio, among others. After investigation, the actual admission rate did not meet its promotional effect;
In addition, the parties involved misled consumers into believing that the "Shandong Unified Examination King" and others were all training achievements of Jinan Shuimuyuan, and the promotional content did not match the actual situation;
At the same time, the parties involved use the portraits, names, scores, admission schools, and other information of previous candidates in the advertising content for promotion.
According to the relevant provisions of the Anti Unfair Competition Law and the Advertising Law, Jinan Shuimuyuan Education Technology Co., Ltd. has been fined 200000 yuan.
There is no shortcut to achieving high scores in exams
The reporter noticed that on June 8th, judges from Haidian District People's Court in Beijing interpreted the legal risks in college entrance examination training through three typical cases. The first example is a case where an art candidate's claim was unsuccessful.
It is understood that the mother of art exam student Xiao Jing met a person in charge of a dance training institution, who said she could help her get into a dance academy.

Xiaojing's mother signed an agreement with the training institution, agreeing that the institution would provide professional course guidance for Xiaojing's admission to the Dance Academy. According to the contract, the institution would pay 800000 yuan for dance choreography and training fees, and subsequently pay 200000 yuan for various exam fees, totaling 1 million yuan.
Unexpectedly, Xiaojing's academic performance did not pass the line and she was not admitted to the dance academy. Therefore, Xiaojing's mother sued and demanded a refund of all fees. The dance training institution argues that it has fulfilled its contractual obligations and does not agree to refund the fees.
After trial, the court found that the agreement involved in the case stipulated that if the scores of Xiaojing's professional courses were not passed, all dance creation and training fees would be refunded; If the academic performance is not passed, resulting in not being admitted, the above fees will not be refunded. The training institution submitted evidence to prove that it provided professional course training for Xiaojing, and that her professional course grades met the recruitment standards. Xiaojing was not admitted because her academic course grades did not meet the standards, and the fee will not be refunded according to the contract agreement. The court ultimately ruled to dismiss Xiaojing's mother's lawsuit.
In addition, many places have issued notices reminding that as summer vacation approaches, various extracurricular training institutions are about to enter the peak season of demand. The summer enrollment advertising involves false advertising, excessive promotion, guarantee promises, and other misleading behaviors that deceive and mislead consumers.
