The relevant person in charge of DJI further stated that DJI has always been committed to designing, developing, and manufacturing civilian drone products. "Since its establishment, we have firmly opposed the use of our products and technology for any military or war purposes. We have never designed or manufactured products and equipment for military purposes, nor have we promoted or sold our products for military conflicts or wars in any country. We will also strictly abide by the temporary export control policy for drones issued by the Chinese government today, ensure comprehensive compliance, fulfill corporate social responsibility, and make technology better benefit humanity."
Previously, the online content of a commercial dispute between DJI and the Indian government sparked heated discussions in the industry. The online rumor claimed that the Indian military had placed a huge order with DJI, but DJI refused, citing "too much risk in the Indian market". The related content has attracted attention. According to the Global Times, DJI Corporation responded on July 26th that the related online rumors were seriously untrue. DJI Corporation did not receive an order invitation from India, and has been focusing on the civilian drone field, always opposing the military use of its products. If any orders are identified as coming from the Indian Ministry of Defense or the military, which may be used for military purposes, DJI will also refuse to trade.
