After screenshots and investigation, it was found that Su Chi's awareness of the law was indifferent and he engaged in money and sex transactions; Law enforcement violations, using the convenience of one's position to seek benefits for others, or using the convenience formed by one's power and position to seek improper benefits for others through the behavior of other state officials in their positions, illegally accepting property from others.
Su Chi seriously violates the discipline of the Party, constitutes a serious violation of official duties, and is suspected of accepting bribes. He also refuses to restrain or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Party, with a serious nature and negative impact, and should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishments of Public Officials and other relevant provisions, after discussion at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and reported to the Municipal Party Committee for approval, it was decided to give the punishment of late dismissal from the Party membership; Cancel the benefits enjoyed by them according to regulations; Transfer the suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for legal review and prosecution, and transfer the involved property together.
