After the project is fully put into operation, the annual grid connected electricity will exceed 200 million kilowatt hours, which can meet the annual electricity consumption of nearly 140000 households in the surrounding area; Every year, it can save over 60000 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by nearly 173000 tons, and reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by over 20 tons.
In wind power projects, elevations ranging from 3500 meters to 5500 meters are generally referred to as ultra-high altitude areas. The single unit capacity of the 3.6 MW wind turbine connected to the grid is currently the largest wind turbine in China's ultra-high altitude areas that has been put into operation.
This project breaks the misconception that high-altitude wind energy is weak and has no development value. At the same time, it has designed wind turbines with special functions such as UV protection, lightning protection, low temperature resistance, and anti icing, which can operate stably for a long time in harsh natural environments.
The Xizang Autonomous Region is one of the regions with relatively high wind speed in China. According to preliminary estimates, the technical exploitable volume of its wind energy resources is about 180 million kilowatts, mainly distributed in high altitude areas above 4800 meters.

The Ningde Nuclear Power Project is the first nuclear power plant in Fujian Province to start construction and put into operation. The four nuclear power units, including Units 5 and 6 of the Ningde Nuclear Power Project Phase II, which have been approved this time, will use the third-generation nuclear power technology "Hualong 1" with independent intellectual property rights in China.
