The reporter contacted the registered residence of three people respectively and learned that one of them lost contact after going to Myanmar three years ago and is now one of the "returnees in Myanmar". More than 20 people are rumored to have escaped the fraud group and are being offered a reward online
Multiple netizens introduced that the above chat screenshots were taken from an overseas chat software called "Aircraft", also known as "Telegram". In the screenshot, since July 21st, people have been posting bounties one after another. The most recent bounty was posted on August 14th, with a total of at least 29 people being offered, including 5 women, including a married couple. The registered residence of these 29 people covers Sichuan, Hunan, Fujian and other provinces.
Most of the objects being offered a reward hold a promissory note, which shows when they borrowed tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of yuan from a certain institution or someone. The promissory note bears a red handprint, and some also hold several bundles of cash. Some people holding IOUs seem to have bruises on their faces. One of the bounty messages stated that the fugitive who was offered a reward had "heart disease".
