Article 7 states that units and individuals who intentionally spread false information, maliciously hype up and smear the image of Dali tourism shall be held accountable in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Business operators shall not engage in false or misleading commercial advertising on the performance, function, quality, sales status, user evaluations, honors, etc. of their products, in order to deceive or mislead consumers. Business operators who engage in false or misleading commercial promotion of their products may be fined up to one million yuan; If the circumstances are serious, a maximum fine of 2 million yuan may be imposed, and the business license may be revoked.

In order to standardize the order of the tourism market, improve the quality of tourism services, and promote the healthy development of the tourism industry in Dali Prefecture, on June 30th, the Office of the Leading Group for Deepening the Rectification of the Tourism Market in Dali Prefecture issued a notice, clarifying ten provisions for the rectification of the tourism market order in Dali Prefecture. It requires all county and state level member units to strictly implement them, strengthen comprehensive supervision, strengthen departmental linkage, and build a good tourism market environment. 1. strictly investigate and punish illegal travel agency business. Travel agencies shall not organize tourism activities at unreasonably low prices, lure tourists, and obtain kickbacks and other illegitimate benefits by arranging shopping or paying for tourism projects separately. Travel agencies operating "unreasonably low prices" products shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification and confiscate illegal income. If the illegal income is more than 300000 yuan, the maximum fine of five times the illegal income may be imposed; if the circumstances are serious, the business license of the travel agency shall be revoked; for the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible persons, the illegal income shall be confiscated, and the maximum fine shall be 20,000 yuan, and the tour guide certificate shall be temporarily withheld or revoked.

4. strictly investigate and punish illegal conduct of tour guide services. Individuals who have not obtained a tour guide license to engage in tour guide services shall be ordered to make corrections and announced, and their illegal gains shall be confiscated, with a maximum fine of 30,000 yuan.

5. severely investigate and punish induced, deception, forced or disguised forced tourists shopping behavior. It is strictly forbidden for shopping shops, especially scenic spots, along highways, rest areas, stations, docks and other shopping places where tourists are concentrated, to collude with travel agencies or company escorts, and arrange travel teams to shop or sell goods through shopping rebates, rebates, "parking fees", "tea fees", "head fees" and other forms; it is strictly forbidden to force or disguise tourists to enter shopping shops for consumption in scenic spots, performing arts, accommodation, catering and other places where tourists concentrate their activities.
