Henan Luanchuan promotes the high-quality development of rural homestays. The public security organs of Luanchuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, in conjunction with relevant departments, have issued the "Management Measures for Tourism Homestays", clarifying admission standards and implementing measures to benefit enterprises. Since the beginning of this year, the approval process has been further optimized. 502 new homestays have been managed through the issuance of special industry licenses, with a total of 865 being managed. All of them have been equipped with a free "smart homestay check-in" system, saving operators 3.5 million yuan in costs and playing a positive role in promoting rural revitalization and private economic development.

In September last year, the public security organs of Suzhou City, Anhui Province successfully cracked a counterfeit electrical product registration trademark case. The suspect, Zheng Erhao, and others sold the unmarked electrical products by affixing trademark logos of well-known brands of private enterprises, involving more than 110 million yuan. The public security organs cracked down three criminal gangs, captured eight suspect, and seized more than 60000 counterfeit brand appliances on the spot, effectively maintaining the market economic order and optimizing the business environment.
Jiangsu Suqian "1.05" Counterfeit Registered Trademark Case. In January 2023, the public security organs of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province successfully cracked a case of counterfeiting registered trademarks. Suspect Zhang and others organized the production and sale of counterfeit optical modules of a brand, involving more than 500 million yuan. The public security organ has captured 21 suspect, destroyed 8 production, sales and storage dens, and seized more than 40000 pieces of counterfeit optical module products of a brand, which has effectively maintained the brand image of the victim enterprise, significantly reduced the impact of counterfeit products on the authentic products in the domestic and foreign markets, and protected the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises according to law.
Shandong "Internet Water Army" gang manipulates a series of big V account extortion cases. Last October, the public security organs of Shandong Province cracked a extortion case involving a "cyber navy" gang. Suspect Lou and others collected materials through online negative reports and administrative punishment publicity information, and organized a number of "Internet VIPs" to post and hype on social platforms, forming a negative hot search, forcing the enterprises involved to sign the so-called "promotion contract agreement", taking the opportunity to extort illegal wealth from more than 10 enterprises and institutions. The public security organ has captured 16 suspect, 27 big V accounts involved in the case, and 10.94 million account fans in total, striving to create a good "online business environment".
