Under the guidance of the People's Bank of China, the China Interbank Market Dealers Association held a private enterprise financing symposium on July 14th to listen to the opinions and suggestions of private enterprises on expanding the service scope of private enterprise bond financing support tools and better promoting the sustainable and healthy development of private enterprises.

The Dealers Association stated that the private economy, as an important component of China's national economy, is an important driving force for economic growth and an important subject for promoting innovation. Next, we will carefully study the opinions and suggestions put forward by private enterprises, solidly promote the implementation of the "second arrow" work, continue to support private real estate and industrial enterprise bond financing, and help the healthy and high-quality development of the private economy.

A large part of private enterprises are manufacturing enterprises and specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises. At the manufacturing enterprise symposium held by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on July 6th, Minister of Industry and Information Technology Jin Zhuanglong stated that he will deeply implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, anchor the requirements of new industrialization goals, focus on the direction of high-end, intelligent, and green development, accelerate the transformation of Chinese manufacturing to Chinese creation, Chinese speed to Chinese quality, and Chinese products to Chinese brands.

Lian Ping, Chief Economist and Dean of the Research Institute at Zhixin Investment, suggested increasing substantial policy incentives, especially financial and tax support, to ensure the implementation of financial support policies for private enterprises.
