Liu Mingming not only gained internship opportunities, but also suitable job positions, thanks to the "Visiting Enterprises and Expanding Jobs to Promote Employment" initiative launched by various universities. Various university secretaries, presidents, deans, and others have conducted extensive visits to enterprises, engaging in in-depth exchanges and cooperation in areas such as talent supply and demand docking, school enterprise cooperation, and collaborative education. At present, there are 8703 internship units jointly established by universities and enterprises in Jiangxi Province, providing over 60000 positions.
Currently, fresh graduates from universities are starting to leave campus one after another. Many universities in different regions not only provide continuous employment services for unemployed graduates who have left campus, but also establish work records for them, and push targeted and highly adaptable positions as soon as possible.
