"The resolution of conflicts and disputes is the 'bull's nose' of grassroots governance and a specific lever for doing practical things for the people. Similar incidents, if in the past, relying solely on communication and coordination from the police station would have been difficult to completely resolve conflicts. After understanding the situation, Hu Donghui suggested that the urban government initiate a "1+1+3" mechanism for investigating and resolving multiple conflicts and disputes, and work together with the court, judicial office, comprehensive governance center, and Hequan Village Committee to mediate on site.
At the beginning of the mediation, both parties had their own opinions, and the atmosphere was quite tense. After more than an hour of interpreting the case and patiently persuading, the emotions of both parties have calmed down. In the end, the ownership of the boundaries and planted plants between the two companies was divided, and the two sides shook hands and made peace. The two-year dispute between neighbors was resolved.
"In recent years, while rural areas have developed rapidly, they have also brought many unavoidable problems. Many situations cannot be solved by a single department alone. The township party committee organizes and leads coordination, including village cadres familiar to villagers, law enforcement personnel, and heads of functional departments. They actively coordinated with relevant construction parties and ultimately decided to install heating equipment for them during the second batch of construction in mid May this year.
