Organizing "human flesh searches" to intentionally leak personal privacy information of athletes, referees, coaches, and other individuals, inducing online violence; Concentrate on publishing illegal information such as insults, defamation, verbal abuse, and other harmful information to relevant personnel, endangering the physical and mental health of others.
