After verification by China Ordnance Industry Group, the following companies and their subsidiaries at all levels are all counterfeit state-owned enterprises, with no affiliation or equity relationship with China Ordnance Industry Group, nor any investment, cooperation, or business relationship. All of their actions are unrelated to China Ordnance Industry Group. Please be vigilant and take precautions against risks from all sectors of society. If any illegal or criminal behavior is found, please report it to the public security organs as soon as possible.

China Resources Group solemnly warns:

Immediately cease all illegal activities

On August 19th, China Resources Limited released a statement on its official website stating that recently, the company discovered that some third-party companies and individuals had falsely established websites, developed systems, and platforms under the names of "China Resources", "China Resources Mathematics", "China Resources Gas", "China Resources Medical Merchant", and others.

On August 11th, the National Energy Group announced that recently, illegal elements have registered enterprises as subsidiaries of the group and conducted business in the name of subsidiaries by forging relevant materials and other means. After verification by the group, the following enterprises and their subsidiaries at all levels are all counterfeit state-owned enterprises, with no affiliation or equity relationship with the group, nor any investment, cooperation, or business relationship. All of their actions are unrelated to the group.

On August 6th, the National Energy Group issued a anti-counterfeiting notice, discovering that Zhongcheng Guorong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and Zhongcheng Guorong Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. publicly claimed to be subsidiaries and wholly-owned subsidiaries of the group, and engaged in business promotion and promotion activities to participate in the construction project of Suining County Industrial Park in Xuzhou City. The group solemnly declares that Zhongcheng Guorong and its subsidiaries and affiliated enterprises at all levels have no affiliation, equity or management relationship with the National Energy Group and its affiliated enterprises, nor do they have any investment, cooperation, agency or other relationships.
