In order to effectively carry out the work of speeding up port clearance and comprehensively improve the level of port clearance facilitation, the Mohan Entry Exit Border Inspection Station in Yunnan Province actively contacts port departments such as railways and customs to develop a plan for responding to port clearance acceleration in advance. All 12 passenger inspection channels are opened on a regular basis, and four facilitation measures, including appointment clearance, pre recording and pre checking, dedicated channels, and early issuance of Foreigner Entry Cards, are introduced in combination with actual situations, effectively ensuring timely and smooth clearance of inbound and outbound passengers. The punctuality rate of trains reaches 100%, and the inspection and release rate of general passengers reaches 100%.
