In terms of price declaration, it is proposed that for commercial housing projects such as land transfer contracts that do not specify the selling price of clean water and meet the conditions for selling existing houses, development enterprises can declare the selling price of clean water at a level not higher than the surrounding "double limited land" price limit.

In terms of strengthening supervision, it is proposed that development enterprises should stipulate in the sales contract of commercial housing that the buyer can deliver the commercial housing on the day when they pay the full purchase price; The housing and construction administrative departments in each district and county should increase their supervision and inspection efforts on the disclosure of sales information for commercial housing projects, and urge development enterprises to prominently display the sales record information and adverse factors of existing houses on the sales site.
